Seventh Heaven Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Seventh Heaven, our members are at the heart of everything we do. We truly hope your stay with us is comfortable, memorable, and long-term. However, we understand that plans can change. If you ever need to move out, rest assured that we aim to make the cancellation and move-out process as smooth and hassle-free as your stay with us. While we would miss you dearly, our team will ensure you face no inconvenience during the transition.

1. Refund on Token Money
Token money is paid to confirm your intent and commitment to move into Seventh Heaven.
The minimum token amount is ₹5,000
Token money is non-refundable under all circumstances

2. Move-Out Policy
Exit Notice
We genuinely hope you don’t have to leave, but if unavoidable circumstances arise, the exit process is simple:
A mandatory 1-month prior notice must be given before vacating
The notice must be raised through the official Seventh Heaven support channel
This notice period is strictly non-negotiable
If you choose to vacate earlier than the scheduled move-out date:
Rent for the remaining notice period will be adjusted against the security deposit
Lock-in Period
Seventh Heaven has a minimum lock-in period of 3 months
If you move out before completing the lock-in period, 1 month’s security deposit will be forfeited
Any extension beyond the approved move-out date is solely at the discretion of Seventh Heaven

3. Refund Terms
We believe in transparent pricing and zero unnecessary money blockage.
Before vacating, a property inspection will be conducted by our representative
If a 1-month notice has been served and no damages are found, the entire security deposit will be refunded
Deductions may be made in case of:
Property damage
Unpaid dues
Failure to serve notice
That said, we understand life can be unpredictable. If your reason for moving out is genuine, Seventh Heaven reserves the right to make exceptions on a case-to-case basis.

The refund process may take 7–15 working days
A detailed refund statement will be shared with the member, including deductions (if any)
